This episode: songs and tips dedicated to people directly impacted by The Camp Fire. Anyone who has gone through significant loss knows how stress and grief can impact your thinking and ability to concentrate. In Butte County and the surrounding areas, the impact of 30-50 thousand people in shock and on the move continues to be difficult to comprehend. Those of you in other parts of the country and around the world who have lived through disasters know better than we do how long true recovery can take.  In my work as an employee trainer, I have seen the impact of The Camp Fire on many organizations and the people who work there. The people directly impacted by the fire and their coworkers continue to find their way, forced to make big adjustments. Our health care facilities are still overloaded, retraining programs for those who are now unemployed are struggling to keep up with demand, and many are still in limbo, unsure of what the future will look like.  I put together some tips for dealing with these crazy
