For the last five years I have watched and taught many hundreds of people and leaders to produce results by getting through the chaos of their lives and jobs or sports by following and process. The process works every single time. But everyone seems to want a hack or a short cut. I get it. I really do. I get the urgency to want immediate results. I get it because much of our societal media discourse and technology lends itself to immediate gratification across all spectrums even in dating for god’s sake. This crutch of immediate gratification is causing an entire generation to not realize how greatness is achieved and can be achieved.
