In another edition of Virginia primary coverage we'll tackle the 2nd congressional district. First-term incumbent Rep. Scott Taylor (R) faces challengers from both parties. We'll be joined by democrats Elaine Luria, a military veteran, and Karen Mallard, a lifelong public school teacher. We'll also have republican Mary K.
