India is squandering money on space programmes yet accepting 300 million in aid from Britain and an another child rapist and murderer gets a lenient service and the judge appears to not see the offences he is judging. The yolks of eggs are considered as big a risk as cigarettes and Spain has heat and forest fires. All this in another hectic week for Cathy.
