In this episode, I get into mitigation strategies related to the increasing reliance on tech with the arrival of 6G particularly for those living with a chronic and or rare disease that is on multiple medications and dependent on the grid. What would be considered alternative or holistic therapies such as grounding, sound therapy, ketogenic diet and exercise have all been proven to help support the full field in finding homeostasis even with a condition such as TSC and can improve overall health and quality of life as a support beyond meds and other more drastic regimens. I also talk about the similarities between CPTSD and TAND (TSC Associated Neuropsychiatric Disorder) and the importance of understanding the "energetics" of a rare disease when advocating for one's self and/or loved ones. The system will add additional labels and complicate understanding.
