As our kids get older, we’re faced with the new challenge of learning how to parent pre-teens and teenagers. Today, Dr. Cameron Caswell joins us to talk through the complexities of parenting teens and give tips on how to manage the teenager years. Dr. Cam is an adolescent psychologist and parenting coach who parented her own daughter as a single mother. Today, she helps parents learn how to shift their parenting from control to influence.
