After Mike McDaniel chose to coach with the Chargers, it is becoming clear that coaches do not think the Eagles role is an attractive position. Jon Ritchie says that the situation is dysfunctional. Joe DeCamara points to many factors such as the health of the offensive line, the A.J. Brown situation, and other ramifications of the job.
