While the Mets have had a good offseason to make themselves better, Davis still thinks the Phillies are the best team in the NL East. Rhea Hughes says that the Phillies are repeat offenders when it comes to falling short in the playoffs. Jon Ritchie says that they have not achieved what they hoped this season and that they fail to get it done when it matters most.
