Carl and Mike open up the show with Falcons talk as they share their thoughts on Matt Ryan's introductory press conference in which Mike notes he gets the impression while Ryan will lead the hiring of the head coach and general manager and Arthur Blank will have final say say, however Carl believes Ryan will be the decision maker in regards to the hiring of the head coach and GM. They then react to breaking news of Mike Tomlin announcing he is stepping down from coaching the Steelers.
