They also react to Ryan's comments in regards to Michael Penix Jr. as he answered questions about his role in decision making on the soon to be third-year quarterback. :40 – Carl and Mike get into Guy Talk as they discuss Ravens' Steve Bisciotti saying Harbaugh would have been head coach for at least one more week had their kicker made the field goal against the Steelers in the season finale,
