Locked On Jets

The New York Jets got off to a terrible start, and dug themselves too big of a hole. Down 21-0 in a flash, the Jets weren't able to mount much of anything on offense and fell to the Miami Dolphins, 34-10. A horrific start from the Jets defense allowed the Dolphins to jump out to a 21-0 lead early in the 1st quarter. After that, the defense buckled down and started to give the offense a shot but it was a case of too little, too late. Offensively, the Jets didn't score a single TD (their one TD came via special teams and Isaiah Williams) and an early injury to Tyrod Taylor forced UDFA QB Brady Cook into action. The Jets had done a great job lately staying competitive and picking up some wins. Today very much felt like a step backwards for this group, even though their draft position was helped.
