She encourages women to mentor and sponsor other women because it's so important to us all.  Deena Pierott is the founder of the award winning and nationally recognized program iUrban Teen which is a STEM+Arts program for youth of color. She is also the President of Mosaic Blueprint, a Pacific NW firm specializing in diversity consulting and multicultural branding.  An advocate for equity and inclusion, all of her social enterprise brands are centered on inclusion.
