Stephanie tells us about women in trucking. She has logged over 3 million miles and gives us her perspective of the trucking industry and women.    Stephanie Klang is a professional driver for Con-way Truckload who currently serves on the Women in Trucking’s Image Team 2015 and is a former member of the month as well as a 2014 Influential Woman in Trucking award finalist. Klang completed a term with the American Trucking Association as a 2013-2014 America’s Road Team Captain.  Klang’s background includes over 35 years of professional driving, joining Con-way Truckload in 1987. She is a former team, and current solo driver. Klang drives over the road to all 48 continental states. She is the first woman to reach three million safe miles at Con-way Truckload.
