Drink of the Day - "Kiwi Vodka Collins" With this drink we muddled kiwi and juice of a lemon in the bottom of the shaker. We added 2 1/2 part Three Olives Pineapple Vodka and 1/2 part Cointreau. Shake and pour over ice and top it off with club soda. Use a slice of kiwi for garnish. Quote of the Day - "Co-parenting. It's not a competition between two homes.
