Part 2 of our debate over the gender wage gap in America rages on. In this one, we continue our discussion on appropriate terminology, get into statistics that deal specifically with men and women in the same roles with the same level of education, and try to figure out where the issue really lies. Last week was a little toasty, but this one's where the real fire kicks up.
