You know the story. In 2016, Colin Kaepernick sits, then kneels during the pre-game national anthem at NFL games. Others join him, debate ensues. Fast forward to today, and President Trump gets involved. Then an all-out war on social media begins. In this two-parter, we do our best to get to the heart of what the protests are really about, discuss the meaning of the flag, talk about why it's so easy to get distracted from the real issues, and debate the effectiveness of the movement.
