This week Wendy decided to share some of the very inspiring talks by internationally noted Dharma teacher and author Dr. Robert Hall. He titles this first talk Rude Awakening…and it’s a poignant view from his perspective on how we feel after a traumatic experience….such as in this particular case, the aftermath of Hurricane Odile.
