Here is a quick run down: Audit all areas you store food-  Clean out the junk food. Look at the dates on your food. You would be surprised how many of us have expired items in our pantry, fridge, freezer, etc... It is just taking up space. Replace the items you throw away with healthier items- The more healthy foods you see , the more healthy foods you will eat. Throwing out fruit snacks? Buy fruit. Throwing away chips?
