Parent Shaming has become the new form of cyberbullying by parents on social media. Daily posts of parents punishing their tweens on social media or by standers taking video of parental mistakes and uploading them to the internet. The Harambe incident is a perfect example of parent shaming. A quick lack of supervision leads to an incident that caused brutal online attacks across Facebook and Twitter. On this Episode of the Digital Parent Podcast we reach out to Parent Shaming Expert Mercedes Samudio to discuss ways to prevent parent shaming.
