As a physical therapist do you use ultrasound on a regular basis?  Does it work? Most physical therapy clinics have an ultrasound unit, but should they? According to Paul Ingraham of PainScience.com, although ultrasound is almost certainly useful for some patients, some of the time, it is not a reliable or evidence-based therapy, and enjoys far more credibility than it deserves.
