Welcome to a crossover episode of Therp Sesh and Up & In! In this episode Zack, Mike, and Mark sit down and talk about North Carolina's recently-passed HB2, The Public Facilities Privacy & Protection Act. The sports world, including the NBA, NCAA, and NFL, have responded to various legalized discrimination acts passed by various states. We also talked about the business world's response to the act and give our own takes and responses as well. It's a serious conversation but in true Cult City form it's filled with jokes and laughter.
