Welcome to a new episode of Up & In, the sports podcast from Cult City! On this episode, Mark and Zack talk about the Thunder vs Spurs series. Zack couldn't have been more wrong, thinking the Spurs would win in five games. It wasn't his initial prediction, but Mark saw a Spurs letdown on the horizon. After that, we discuss the upcoming NBA Western Conference Finals matchup between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Golden State Warriors. It's a series with five of the ten best players in the NBA today: Stephen Curry, Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson (is that in order?! Who knows?) After that, the discussion turns to politics. It's all about Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren... Sarah Palin makes an appearance, and we briefly discuss Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks, who a few people were hoping would run as a third party candidate against Trump. Then, a discussion of the role of ethics in capitalism, and, of course, so much more. Also,
