Welcome to a new episode of Up & In, the sports podcast from Cult City. The name of this podcast actually comes from a baseball term, where a pitcher will throw up and in, in order to back the batter off of home plate. Strangely enough, though, we've never had an episode where we talk baseball. It's baseball season, Zack is a big Nationals fan, so this is something we had to remedy.
