On Tuesday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau got to kill two birds with one stone. He go to announce a new carbon tax and did so in the heart of Ontario Premier Doug Ford's own riding of Etobicoke North. Ford has been a strong opponent of the federal government's tax plans.
