Alex is joined by Catherine Swift, former president and C.E.O of Canadian Federation of Independent Business and current spokesperson for Working Canadians, to take a closer look at memo's obtained by the Toronto Star, from the Ministry of Education, that say more than 3,000 teaching positions will be cut over the next four years.
