Tomorrow, the Bank of Canada is expected to make an announcement on raising interest rates again. This time by another 75 basis points, bringing us to a total increase of 3.25%. While this isn't the highest we've seen interest rates, this is certainly going to be the highest we've seen them since the recession in 2008. Can Canadians afford another rate hike?
