Ike Kaja is a man who would've just turned 50 had he not have been shot to death outside of his Midtown Toronto home earlier this year. While his murder continues to go unsolved, friends and family of his are putting the pressure on municipal leaders to do more when it comes to violent crimes in the GTA.
