Wendy Elliott's stepdad had a massive stroke a few years back leaving him paralyzed and unable to speak. Recently, Elliott's mom and stepdad left for a month-long trip in Chile. When they arrived Air Canada let the couple know the airline had lost his custom-made wheelchair. Elliott says the airline believes it has now located the chair and is promising the ship it to Chile.
