It may not have happened in Toronto, but in Vancouver, there was a stabbing outside of a Starbucks and instead of helping the man in distress, bystanders decided to whip out their phones and record everything instead. Now in some cases, this is useful in a court case, but there should also be duty of care to someone in distress. The worst culprit of this, though, is a man who made a mockery of it just to get his five seconds of fame.
