Monday, August 9th saw Hamilton City Council vote 10-2 to remove the homeless encampments. This vote specifically removes a Superior Court injunction that prevented the tent cities from being removed. Renewed regular enforcement will resume in 3 weeks. Scott spoke with the Councillor who introduced the motion, Jason Farr.
