Locked On Reds

The Cincinnati Reds edged out the Minnesota Twins 6-5 Tuesday night at Great American Ball Park. TJ Friedl delivered the decisive blow with a clutch two-out RBI double in the sixth inning to give the Reds the lead. Despite allowing four runs in the top of the sixth—highlighted by a three-run homer from former Red Harrison Bader—Andrew Abbott was charged with just one earned run over 5.2 innings. The Reds' bullpen locked it down from there, tossing 3.1 scoreless innings to preserve the win.
