God created us to be in relationship with others and while that desire is a good thing, we need to first find our identity in Christ, not those relationships. Built on the foundation of Christ, the God-made institution of marriage ought to be esteemed as a covenant relationship for the glory of God, with sex as a good gift from God within the marriage context.
