Locked On Reds

The Cincinnati Reds fell to the Chicago Cubs 11-8 on Sunday afternoon, blowing an 8-3 lead after their bullpen surrendered eight unanswered runs. Starter Nick Lodolo pitched five solid innings, allowing just three earned runs, but the relief corps couldn’t hold on. Offensively, the Reds were powered by strong performances from Austin Hays and Elly De La Cruz. The loss marks Cincinnati’s fourth defeat in their last six games.
