The UN Resolution put forth about Israel and the building of settlements was a major betrayal by the US, under the Lame Duck Obama Administration.  It was Obama's way of striking back at the Prime Minister of Israel, Bibi Netanyahu, and President Elect Trump, who has declared his strong support of Israel. Rabbi Joseph Potasnik, Executive Vice President of the New York Board of Rabbis, will explain how this was a serious strike at  Israel from its biggest ally, the United States.  Notable was the fact that the Resolution did not ask anything of the Palestinians; it was totally one sided against Israel. This resolution has done much to take away from the joyous celebration of Chanukah, which started Saturday evening, December 24 and ends Sunday evening, January 1.  Despite this nasty resolution, let's try to have a HAPPY CHANUKAH, and join together and pray for a safe and secure Israel.
