Entertainer and Carol Channing tribute artist, Richard Skipper, has performed all over the world. 2010 found Richard launching a weekly variety show entitled WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT THE IGUANA at The Iguana Restaurant in NYC. The show recently won two MAC (MANHATTAN ASSOCIATION OF CABARETS AND CLUBS AWARDS). He performed as "Carol Channing starring as Dolly Levi" at Asbury Park's Paramount Theater in a special benefit performance of "Hello Dolly!" Ms Channing who has endorsed Skipper's work, appeared with him at the San Francisco Palace of Fine Arts. Mr. Skipper also did a special performance for Carol Channing at The American Theatre Wing Gala honoring Carol Channing, James Earl Jones, and Tommy Tune.
