Journalist, Novelist, TV Host and Cultural Critic Touré joins Neil Blake to discuss his life, career and his new book Who's Afraid of Post-Blackness? What It Means To Be Black Now    Touré’s writing regularly appears in publications such as The New York Times, Ebony, and The New Yorker. His three previous books are the short story collection The Portable Promised Land, the novel SoulCity, and a collection of his journalism Never Drank the Kool-Aid. He is a regular contributor on culture for MSNBC and hosts two programs on the FUSE network: The Hiphop Shop and On the Record.  He also serves on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Nominating Committee. Touré lives in New York.
