  Junious Ricardo Stanton interviews psychologist and author Dr. Tom Gordon who is the catalyst for an new initiative entitled The Black Fatherhood Challenge a global program designed to empower, enable and encourage Black men to unite, stand up, stand out by taking responsibility for ourselves, our children and our communities. Dr Gordon explains some of the root causes of our maladaptive behaviors and death-styles and offers real time practical solutions to heal and empower the collective to be authentic spiritual beings despite the impediments imposed upon us by Western culture.
