Diane Murray Ward  hosts "Faceted Gems",  a program designed to introduce our audience to guests who have actualized their skills into second and third careers.  Guests provide encouragement  by sharing their personal experiences.  How do your handle misgivings, self doubts; perhaps lack of support from friends and family? Where do you conduct research and find mentors?  Sometimes the first step is the most difficult. Hopefully our guests will encourage you to think about your gifts, and aspirations. Perhaps you will consider which of your gifts you'd like to share.  We are all multi-faceted beings.
