The Academy Award nominated film "The King's Speech" is not only getting rave reviews from critics, but it's also opening the door to more discussions about speech impediments and speech therapy. In the film, Colin Firth portrays King George, the father of Queen Elizabeth who had a bad stutter. The film chronicles his work with a therapist to overcome his impediment.
