Being a two-time breast cancer survivor her goal is to inspire those around her that no matter how dark the darkness is, the light of a candle conquers all. As a proud Latina she is determined to leave a mark of her Ecuadorian roots with her two daughters. Diana loves to cook Ecuadorian food and her speciality is lechon, humitas and ron pope.
