The victim of the Stanford University rapist released a 12-page letter to her convicted perpetrator in court detailing her entire experience before, during and after she found out she was raped at a college party. The letter was viewed by many as a light shed on an issue that some have never experienced and gave a voice along with support to rape victims. Now that we have this emotional and brave letter, what steps can be taken to teach our men and women how to survive and prevent sexual assault cases?
