Founded in 1995, ZAKA deals with instances of unnatural death, and works in close cooperation with emergency services and security forces. They played a vital role on October 7th, 2023 and the days and weeks that followed, in locating and collecting the bodies of Israeli souls that were brutally murdered on that horrific day.
