Natasha Rothwell joins Kyle Meredith to talk about How To Die Alone, the new Hulu series that follows Mel (Rothwell), a JFK airport employee who’s never been in love and forgotten how to dream, until an accidental brush with death catapults her on a journey to finally take flight and start living by any means necessary. The actress, who also serves as the series creator, showrunner, and executive producer, tells us about telling the story of loneliness, especially as a child of 80s rom-coms, inserting ourselves into the bigger narrative, and that’s she’s been developing the show since 2016.
