Following the Shortcast at the weekend, where we explored the power of Self-Talk, we touched on the issue of shame and guilt, which reminded me of my conversation with Lois Hollis, a woman in her 70s who achieved so much, yet that early trauma came back to haunt her.    It is a story of transcending the past and moving towards the future, and well worth a review.  This show was first aired in July 2022 Where are you in life with the big emotional bricks like shame and guilt? Having listened to my guest on the show today, I became conscious of my shame and guilt for past actions and how I have used shame in my family interactions.  My guest on the show has always been a pioneer.
