Do It For The Process

It's time! Today, we’re having a conversation about goals. Yes, in the middle of the year. This is the best time to check in and see how your goals are progressing and what you want for the rest of the year (especially before the holiday season takes hold).  In this episode, I'm checking in on my goals for 2024; many of which I have achieved, but many I didn't.
