When the school created an IEP for my 4-year-old daughter - I was dumbfounded and knew nothing. When she entered Kindergarten in a self-contained classroom - I was frightened and knew nothing. When I became a mother - although I knew nothing, I knew I knew everything and that everything would be fine. Diagnosis, medications, hospitals, procedures, tests, and much more - moving through this mommyhood with grace and ease on the outside and worry and concern on the inside.
