Locked On Blue Jays

The Toronto Blue Jays are still in the middle of their all-star weekend, so we decided to continue our mid-season rankings and draft analysis during this episode. The Blue Jays went pitcher-heavy this draft, taking four pitchers in the first six rounds of the draft. Johnny King was a pick we liked for the Toronto Blue Jays on day two, as well as grabbing catcher Aaron Parker for a middle-round power-bat for this prospect system. It was a good idea for this team draft a lot of pitchers, as this bullpen has debatable been the worst bullpen in all of baseball this season. With underperforming players, injuries, and unforeseen circumstances, this bullpen has been a mess since the start of the season. In this episode, we break down day 2 of the MLB draft and its implications on the future of the Toronto Blue Jays, as well as some updates from Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and the all-star game.
