We are joined by a Nate Illingsworth from Baker City, Oregon. Nate is on a weight loss journey, it all started from participating in our annual December Chub Challenge back in 2022 - Since then, Nate is on his way to accomplishing big goals and getting under 200 lbs on the scale. He started his journey at 300 and since then has consistently pursued performance as his focus, the weight loss has been a bi-product of tracking his nutrition and consistently putting int he work..
