Since I don’t know much about you all these rules will be a rough guideline 1️⃣Take your body weight and multiply it by 10= that will give you how many calories you need to eat to drop 15lbs (use MyFitnessPal to track) 2️⃣Take your bodyweight multiply that by 1 and that’s how many grams of protein you need per day. (This is important because without enough protein in your diet you will lose muscle and not the stubborn belly fat you want to lose…aka your arms won’t get tighter they will actually get more flabby) 3️⃣Start weight training- I recommend doing full body workouts 2-4x a week. Use barbells and dumbbells only. (The 10lb dumbbells you have at home don’t count) These full body workouts will help you speed up your metabolism and help you get stronger! 4️⃣Repeat 1️⃣➕2️⃣ every day no matter what don’t miss a day!
