Rebecca Bea Thompson is an experienced speaker, writer, consultant, facilitator and coach with more than 30 years in the manufacturing, aerospace, and healthcare industries, working with such companies as Eastman Kodak, General Motors, and Blue Cross Blue Shield North Carolina, mostly in the fields of leadership and team development, work systems redesign, organizational change, and culture change. Currently, she is the principal of Evolve Without Limits, a coaching and consulting practice.But that is only part of her story. The rest is a chronicle of personal courage and spiritual expansion that defies conventional wisdom.
